Batty Telecom launches 4G Advanced network in Tamil Nadu
According to foreign media reports, Batty Telecom has invested heavily in 4G Advanced services in Tamil Nadu in southern India to provide mobile broadband services up to 135Mbps.
Batty Telecom's 135 Mbps mobile broadband service is currently available in Chennai, Madurai, Hosul and Vellore; it is also planned to launch 4G Advanced networks in more towns in Tamil Nadu.
The carrier aggregation technology used by Batty Telecom 4G Advanced combines 2300MHz (TD LTE) and 1800MHz (FD LTE) bandwidth capacity.
The deployment is also part of the 600 billion rupee network transformation plan that Batty Telecom called "Project Leap."
Given its faster data rates and better indoor and outdoor coverage, this deployment will provide a better 4G experience for Batti telecom users.
However, customers need mobile devices that can support 4G Advanced to enjoy mobile data speeds of up to 135Mbps.
