Google's parent company, Alphabet, has stalled many executives and lost a lot of losses

The top management of Google's parent company Alphabet is being lost in large numbers.

Alphabet was founded last year to help Google find a new major development area outside of its core advertising and search business.

But within a year of the establishment of Alphabet, the company's management had several bumps and executive resignations, especially this summer.

The challenge for some of Alphabet's subsidiaries and their leaders is to prove to Alphabet CEO Larry Page and CFO Ruth Porat that they can turn company projects into a sustainable business.

Although Alphabet does not report financial data for these subsidiaries, their recent executive departures suggest that these companies are in a bad situation, or that their leaders are not confident and passionate under new pressures.

Here are some of the most important people leaving the album so far this year.

Nest owner Tony Fadel

Among Alphabet's resignees, the highest position is Tony Fadell, CEO of Alphabet's Nest. Tony Fardell was once an executive at Apple. When Tony Fadel was the CEO of Nest, the company experienced internal turmoil, and Greg Duffy, head of the camera department, posted an offensive blog post. Tony Fadel resigned in June this year.

Tony Fadel is still a consultant to Nest.

GV leader Bill Maris

Bill Maris is the head of Alphabet's venture capital firm GV. Bill Maris founded GV in 2009. After some other members of the team left the GV, Bill Maris himself left in August this year.

Google Fiber leader Craig Bharat

Craig Barratt is the CEO of Google Fiber. Google Fiber is an Internet service provider that provides ultra-fast broadband services for specific cities. Craig Ballat stepped down as CEO on Wednesday and announced that the company has stopped planning to expand its services to more cities. In the future, Google Fiber will focus on the new way of providing Internet, which provides Internet services through wireless technology.

Craig Bharat is now a consultant for Google Fiber.

Project Wing leader Dave Voss

Dave Vos is the head of the Project Wing project at Google's mysterious department X department. X is Alphabet's "moonshot" laboratory, and its research and development projects are some crazy, futuristic projects. The Project Wing team conducted some drone experiments and even launched a project to deliver Mexican burritos to Virginia Tech students using drones.

Dave Voss resigned earlier this month.

Chris Urson, head of the driverless car project

Chris Urmson, head of the Google X driverless car program, left the company in August. Chris Umson has worked for the Google Driverless Car program for seven years.
