Application of DSQC139PLC Controller in Central Air Conditioning
The remote expansion of the system adopts CS31 bus module DC551-CS31, and is inserted on the CS31 bus backplane. The module can be connected to all CS31 bus lines through the RS485 serial port. The electrical connections of the I/O channels are made using the 40 terminals of the CS31 baseplate. It is possible to replace the CS31 bus module without changing the wiring. The connection is through the terminals 1.0 to 1.7 connecting the CS31 bus. The CS31 bus module on CS31 bus terminal (need to activate the terminating resistor) wiring is shown in Figure 2:

3. Configuration Software
Intellution-iFIX configuration software is used in this system. Intellution company is specialized in monitoring software work. Now it belongs to GE company. iFIX has the following features:
(1) The graphics function is very strong, supports a variety of graphics formats, and its additional graphics library is rich in content, solving the problem of excessive graphics. 256 colors can be used at the same time, of which 64 colors can be used in rainbow tones to form a variety of color schemes, and the embedded patterns will not be distorted due to enlargement and reduction.
(2) iFIX provides a variety of data types, there are many ready-made function blocks; history record blocks, trend blocks, calculation blocks, PID blocks, timing blocks, which do not have to go to the screen for the equipment run time calculation, data conversion and other work To do so, iFIX also provides more than ten kinds of signal generators, which helps a lot in debugging and is very convenient to implement.
(3) With strong network function, iFIX can automatically search for network nodes as long as it physically stays connected. It is not necessary to manually set it. It is the first fully based on Client/Server HMI software and has all the functions of C/S architecture software. It can be monitored. All data points of remote nodes can be added, modified or deleted in the remote node without adding any tag. The remote configuration can be realized.
(4) The communication function is good, iFIX is based on the component object technology (COM, DCOM), almost all the hardware for industrial applications have interfaces, is a company specialized in monitoring software, more suitable for the site, the application of good stability.
(5) In terms of management, iFIX can be effective without restarting the software as long as it is directly configured (set). Other software has more complicated operations and settings, and it also requires system restart to work; iFIX uses controls. The configuration mode is relatively flexible. It also provides a historical alarm record reading program. It also contains the record of the login operation. Since iFIX has an embedded VBAiFIX with SQL language, it fully supports ADO and RDO, so it is commonly used. Office software such as Office and general database software such as SQL Server, Access, Oracle, FoxPro, etc. can all be well accessed and operated.
