The LT1634 is a micropower and precision shunt voltage reference. The bandgap reference uses a tailored precision thin film resistor designed to achieve an initial voltage accuracy of 0.05%. The improved curvature correction method ensures a maximum temperature drift of 10 ppm/oC. Advances in design, processing, and packaging processes ensure 10μA operating current and low temperature cycle hysteresis, and the LT1634 eliminates the need for an output compensation capacitor (a device that stores charge and power from two electrodes that are close to each other and insulated from each other). ), but it remains stable when using capacitive loads. The low dynamic impedance makes the LT1634 reference easy to use with unregulated power supplies.
