"Announcement" shows that Hongli Zhihui's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Liangyou Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liangyou Hardware") in order to improve the layout of the production workshop of the company itself and its holding subsidiary Dongguan Jincai Hardware Co., Ltd. To improve management efficiency, according to the preferential policies given by Dongguan City, on February 10, 2017, the project investment contract was signed with Dongguan Dalingshan Pianshan Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd.
The "Announcement" also pointed out that Liangyou Hardware (including Jincai Hardware) plans to invest in Liangyou Electronics Project in Dalingshan Pianshan Industrial Park, Dongguan City. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan. The main content is to invest in the construction of the headquarters office building, production workshop, living facilities and other infrastructure. The total construction area is about 70,000 square meters, which is used to produce LED brackets, mobile phone accessories, precision molds, precision component products and services. The total land area of ​​the project is about 27,999 square meters, which is about 42 mu, including 32 mu for the first phase and 10 mu for the second phase. The above area is subject to actual transfer.
It is reported that the construction period of the project is 24 months, and it will be constructed in two phases, and the construction will be carried out in phases and in phases. The first phase of investment of 2 million yuan, is expected to start before August 30, 2017, completed and put into operation before August 30, 2019. After the second phase of the first phase of construction, the agreement will be negotiated. In the second phase, the construction of the second phase will be completed, auctioned, and suspended within six months. Liangyou Hardware promises that the annual output of the project will be no less than RMB 12 million from the first year of full production.
Hongli Zhihui said that at present, Hongli Zhihui subsidiary Liangyou Hardware and Jincai Hardware have leased production plants in multiple locations in order to meet the ever-expanding demand for production scale, and the production workshops are relatively scattered. In order to improve the layout of Liangyou hardware and gold hardware production workshops and improve management efficiency, according to the preferential policies given by Dongguan City, it is planned to purchase land in Dalingshan Town and build a production base of LED brackets, plastics/hardware, etc. The overall competitiveness of Hongli Zhihui will realize the sustainable and healthy development of Hongli Zhihui.
