Fixed general lighting products quality supervision and spot check implementation specifications (table)
1 Scope of application
This code is applicable to the quality supervision and spot check of fixed general lighting products organized by national and provincial quality and technical supervision departments. The supervision and spot checks organized by other quality and technical supervision departments and for special situations can be implemented with reference to this specification. The contents of this specification include product classification, enterprise size division, inspection basis, sampling, inspection requirements, judgment principle and objection processing re-examination.
This specification is applicable to the supervision and inspection of fixed-type general-purpose lamps with tungsten lamp, solid-state light-emitting device, tubular fluorescent lamp and other discharge lamps as the light source with the power supply voltage not exceeding 1000V.

Fixed general-purpose lamps can be divided into hanging type, ceiling type, wall type and fixed floor type according to different installation forms.
3 Enterprise size division
According to the actual situation of the fixed general-purpose lighting products industry, the scale of production enterprises is divided into large, medium and small enterprises based on the annual sales of fixed general-purpose lighting products. See the table below:

5 sampling
5.1 Sampling model or specification
Each company draws a representative sample.
5.2 Sampling methods, cardinality and quantity
Products that have passed the inspection of the enterprise or have been qualified in any way are randomly selected in the finished product warehouse of the enterprise or in the market. When sampling the enterprise finished product warehouse, the sampling base is not less than 10 units, and a total of 2 samples are taken, one of which is used as the inspection sample, and one of which is sealed as the standby sample. When sampling in the market, the sampling base can satisfy the sampling quantity, and the extraction method and quantity requirements are the same as those in the enterprise finished product sampling.
5.3 Sample Disposal
The sample taken is packaged according to the transportation conditions, and the “Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Seal List†is attached to all possible openings on the package. The sample to be taken should not be stressed, damp, rain, exposed to the sun during transportation and storage, or placed together with oil and acid, alkali and other corrosive substances.
5.4 Sample list
The sample list should be filled in accordance with relevant regulations, and the products to be inspected and the relevant information of the enterprise should be recorded. At the same time, the total sales of fixed general-purpose lighting products produced by the company in the previous year were recorded in 10,000 yuan. If the sampled company did not produce such products in the previous year, record the total sales of such products actually produced during the year.
