42-inch OLED TV is about to come out
German equipment manufacturer Mbraun said recently that the company has received orders from TV manufacturers for OLED devices, which are mainly used for OLED TV panels, which means that 42-inch OLED TVs will soon be available.
At present, only Sony's 11-inch XEL-1 OLED TV and LG's 15-inch OLED TV are on the market. Although Samsung has publicly displayed several OLED TVs, it has not appeared on the market.
Mbraun said that although the OLED TV market has not developed as fast as expected, and user acceptance has been limited, Samsung and LG are working hard to promote OLED TV and prepare for mass production. From a technical point of view, the biggest problem with OLED TVs at present is the size. Too small a size is difficult for users to accept, while the size is too large, the cost is doubled, and the expensive products obviously cannot be accepted by users.
Daniel Karecovsky, Mbraun's flat-panel TV application marketing manager, recently said that the size of the OLED TV has been solved, and the next step is how to practice it. TV manufacturers have begun to exert their efforts in the OLED TV market, and Mbraun's externally supplied equipment also needs to increase production as soon as possible, otherwise it may not be able to keep up with the user's footsteps. It is believed that a large number of 42-inch OLED TVs will be available soon, and the price is within the reach of consumers.
