The decrease of 67.80% in the same period of last year was mainly attributable to the decrease in the component sales market, which resulted in a decrease in the gross profit of the year-on-year sales, exchange loss during the reporting period and the increase in expenses during the relevant period such as research and development.
The company stated that the company actively deployed the field of photovoltaic power plants around the business plan formulated at the beginning of the year. The 100MW “Yueguang Integrated†photovoltaic power generation project is progressing smoothly. In addition, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Xinjiang Qitai County People's Government in July 2015, and plans to invest in the construction of a 200MW photovoltaic power station in Xinjiang.
According to the company, during the reporting period, the company's annual production of 750,000 millimeters of sapphire crystal rods is progressing smoothly. As of the first half of 2015, the project has invested a total of 140 million yuan. The 100 kg crystal growth thermal field system has been perfected and optimized, and the crystal growth process is stable. The success rate of 100 kg crystal growth, the length of crystal ingot and the energy consumption of crystal growth have reached the international advanced level. At the same time, the company plans to invest a total of about 2.5 billion yuan in Xinjiang, and build a sapphire material production project with a total scale of sapphire crystal furnace. The project will help strengthen the company's comprehensive development strength.
