The world's longest and widest tunnel with LED tunnel lights, signed a contract with Foshan's company under the Huangpu River yesterday. The 5,786 sets of LED tunnel lights independently developed by Zhaoxin will illuminate the Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel before the World Expo next year and welcome the world's guests.

The Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel Bridge Project is an extra-large transportation construction project along the Yangtze River estuary in China, and the only way to enter and exit the Shanghai World Expo Park. With a total length of 25.5 kilometers, the road is designed as a two-way six-lane road. The length of the Yangtze River Tunnel is 8.9 kilometers. It is the longest and widest tunnel in the world.

According to the contract signed by the two parties, before the Shanghai World Expo next year, Zhonglong will design and install 5,786 sets of LED tunnel lighting lamps worth nearly 20 million yuan for the tunnel. By then, all the vehicles that travel to and from the Expo will pass through this iconic tunnel, which is the world's most illuminating by Foshan private enterprises with independent innovation.

The long and wide tunnels use LED green light source illumination, and the application in China is absolutely the most advanced in the world. We have followed up on this project for more than two years. Deputy General Manager Huang Xiangjian of Zhonglong Company said in a telephone interview that after the project bidding started in May last year, all bidding companies at home and abroad have experienced the investment side's tracking measurement on the live section of the test section for 8 months. The reliability of the products such as lighting effects, energy consumption levels and light decay (lifetime) after the installation of the lamps was comprehensively evaluated. And Zhonglong competed with the world's strong players such as Philips and Foxconn to further establish our leading position in the LED tunnel light market.

The Qingmiao section of the Qinghuang section of the Qinghuang Expressway has been in the Dongmiao Chong tunnel. It is still not well known in Foshan. The tunnel lights have already blossomed all over the wall and become the leader in the field of LED tunnel lights in China.
