Evaluation Method of Industrial Internet PlatformIn order to standardize and promote the development of industrial Internet platforms in my country, and support the evaluation and selection of industrial Internet platforms, this method is formulated. The evaluation focus of industrial Internet platform includes five parts: basic common capability requirements, specific industry platform capability requirements, specific field platform capability requirements, specific regional platform capability requirements, and cross-industry and cross-domain platform capability requirements.
1. Basic common ability requirementsThe basic common capability requirements of the industrial Internet platform include four aspects including platform resource management, application services and other industrial operating system capabilities, as well as platform basic technology and input-output benefits.
(1) Platform resource management capabilities
1. Industrial equipment management. Compatible with many types of industrial communication protocols, and can realize data collection of production equipment, devices and industrial products. Deploy various terminal edge computing modules to realize real-time processing of industrial equipment data. Adapt to mainstream industrial control systems, which can realize equipment management operations such as parameter configuration, function setting, maintenance and management.
2. Software application management. Based on the cloud computing service architecture, it can provide industrial software such as research and development, procurement, production, marketing, management and service, and provide industrial software integration and adaptation interfaces. Based on the platform-as-a-service architecture, it provides mechanism models, micro-service components and industrial APPs for various industrial scenarios. Possess various software applications and industrial APP search, certification, transaction, operation, maintenance and other management capabilities.
3. User and developer management. It has multiple user management functions such as multi-tenant authority management, user demand response, and transaction payment. There is a developer community that can gather all kinds of developers and provide various services and management functions for application development, testing, deployment and release.
4. Data resource management. It has the storage and management functions of massive industrial data resources, deploys multiple types of structured and unstructured data management systems, and provides management functions such as storage, cataloging, indexing, deduplication, merging, and quality assessment of industrial data.
(2) Platform application service capabilities
1. Storage computing services. With a cloud computing operating environment and deploying mainstream database systems, it can provide users with flexible scheduling computing, storage and network services, meet the high concurrent processing needs of massive industrial data, and accumulate and store industrial data of a certain scale.
2. Application development services. Provide multiple types of development languages, development frameworks and development tools, provide general modeling analysis algorithms, can support the rapid development of data models and software applications, and meet the development needs of multiple industries and multiple scenarios.
3. Calling services between platforms. Support the free migration of industrial data between different IaaS platforms. Support the deployment, invocation and subscription of industrial software, mechanism models, microservices, and industrial APP among different PaaS platforms.
4. Security protection services. Deploy security protection function modules or components, establish a security protection mechanism, and ensure platform data and application security.
5. New technology application service. Have the ability to explore new technology applications and carry out new technology applications such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, VR/AR/MR.
(3) Basic technical capabilities of the platform
1. Platform architecture design. It has a complete cloud computing architecture and can provide services based on public cloud, private cloud or hybrid cloud.
2. Platform key technology. It has key technical capabilities such as device protocol compatibility, edge computing, heterogeneous data fusion, industrial big data analysis, and industrial application software development and deployment.
(4) Platform input and output capacity
1. Platform R&D investment. Have the ability to sustainably invest in the platform, with reasonable financial status and R&D investment.
2. Platform output benefits. Can rely on various services and solutions to create good economic benefits for platform companies
3. Platform application effect. It has good application effects and can drive manufacturing enterprises to improve quality and efficiency based on platform applications.
4. Platform quality audit. Have a clear operational safety and quality audit mechanism and capabilities to reduce losses caused by potential risks of platform operations.
2. Platform capacity requirements for specific industriesBased on the basic common capabilities of industrial Internet platforms, specific industry platforms have additional requirements in terms of device access, software deployment, and user coverage.
(1) Industry equipment access capability
The platform has equipment-scale access capabilities in specific industries, connecting not less than a certain number of specific industry industrial equipment (discrete industries) or not less than a certain number of specific industry process data collection points (process industries).
(2) Industry software deployment capabilities
The platform has the ability to precipitate, transform and reuse industrial knowledge and experience in a specific industry, and provide no less than a certain number of industry software integration interfaces, specific industry mechanism models, microservice components, and no less than a certain number of industry-specific industrial apps.
(3) Industry user coverage
The platform has large-scale application capabilities in specific industries, covering not less than a certain number of users in specific industries or not less than a certain percentage of companies in specific industries.
3. Platform capability requirements in specific fieldsOn the basis of the basic common capabilities of industrial Internet platforms, platforms in specific fields have additional requirements in terms of key data connection and optimization of key fields.
(1) Ability to get through key data
The specific field platform can realize the full life cycle of R&D and design, material procurement, production and manufacturing, operation management, warehousing and logistics, product services, etc., and the data of supply chain enterprises, collaborative enterprises, market users, external developers and other subjects can be opened up, and the whole Process data integration, development, and utilization.
(2) Optimization capabilities in key areas
The field-specific platform can realize application development and optimization services in a key field, and improve production efficiency and product quality in key links. Such as collaborative design, supply chain management, intelligent production scheduling, equipment predictive maintenance, intelligent product quality inspection, warehousing and logistics optimization, etc.
Fourth, specific regional platform capacity requirementsBased on the basic common capabilities of industrial Internet platforms, specific regional platforms have additional requirements in three areas: local cooperation, resource coordination, and scale promotion.
(1) Regional and local cooperation capabilities

5. Cross-industry and cross-field platform capability requirements
Based on the basic common capabilities, specific industry capabilities, specific regional capabilities, and specific field capabilities of the industrial Internet platform, the requirements for cross-industry and cross-domain platforms include the following five aspects.
(1) Platform cross-industry capabilities
The platform covers no less than a certain number of specific industries:
Each industry connects at least a certain number of industry equipment (discrete industry) or not less than a certain number of industry process data collection points (process industry).
Each industry deploys no less than a certain number of industry mechanism models, microservice components, and no less than a certain number of industry industrial apps.
Each industry covers not less than a certain number of enterprise users or not less than a certain percentage of industry enterprises.
(2) Platform cross-domain capabilities
The platform covers no less than a certain number of specific areas:
Each field can realize data connection, integration and sharing of different links and different subjects.
Each field has no less than a certain number of industrial mechanism models, microservice components or industrial APPs facing the field (key links).
(3) Platform cross-regional capabilities
The platform covers no less than a certain number of specific areas:
The platform has registered no less than a certain number of operating entities in the main regions of the country (North China, East China, South China, Central China, Northwest, Northeast), and is responsible for the operation and promotion of the platform in the local area. Each area has no less than a certain number of users in specific areas or provides services for no less than a certain percentage of specific area companies.
(4) Platform open operation capability
1. The platform has independent operation capabilities. An independent department of a group with an independent legal entity or a complete organizational structure, with a staff size not less than a certain size.
2. The platform has open operation capabilities. Establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for industry-university-research and use, build a developer community, and third-party developers account for no less than a certain percentage of the total number of platform developers.
(5) Platform safety and reliability
1. The industrial control system is safe and reliable. Establish an industrial control system security protection mechanism in the platform to actively protect against vulnerabilities and virus risks.
2. The key components are safe and reliable. In platform edge computing or artificial intelligence applications, it has the safety and reliability of key components.
3. The software application is safe and reliable. The platform innovatively develops a certain number of industrial mechanism models, microservice components or industrial apps.
