Probability Optimization Decision of Maximum Transmission Capacity of Power Grid in Electricity Market Environment

Maximum Transmission Capacity (TTC) is an important indicator of the power system and an important reference for power market transactions. Based on the uncertainty of load probability in different regions of the power grid and the mutual constraints of transmission capacity in different regions, the correlation between the current state of the transmission network and the decision of transmission capacity under the expected accident state is considered, and the expected total cost of transmission is minimized. The goal is to establish a general model of probability optimization decision-making for the maximum transmission capacity of the power grid based on the premise of the grid operating conditions before and after the accident. This model closely combines the grid active dispatching decision with the specific probability uncertainty of different regional loads and coordinates the grid's expected accidents. Before and after the power transmission capacity decision. In order to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the calculation, the optimal decision-making general model is transformed into a two-layer linear programming model for iterative solution, and the maximum transmission capacity decision result that meets the risk-benefit probability equilibrium of different load regions in the operating state is obtained. The RBTS-6 node and IEEE-RTS79 system are taken as examples to test and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
