Documentation indicates Apple investigates new iPad WiFi connection issues
Technology blog site 9to5Mac reported that Apple is investigating the WiFi connection problem of the new iPad.
An AppleCare internal document issued by 9to5Mac stated that "The new iPad has intermittent, slow, and inability to discover WiFi networks when there is a WiFi connection."
The top of the document reads "Issue/Investigation in Progress" in red letters, and "Products Affected in Progress" under "Products Affected, iPad (3rd generation)." (Affected Products, 3rd Generation iPad).
According to the document, Apple instructs its stores and customer service centers that once they discover an iPad with a problem with a WiFi connection, they should hand over the problem product to the company's technology center.
This is not the first time that the new iPad WiFi connection has been found to be a problem, but it is the first time that Apple’s official document acknowledges this issue.
