On January 24, 2013, the 7th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of Jilin Huawei Electronics Co., Ltd. passed the “Proposal on Jointly Establishing a Feasible Plan for Jilin Huaweis Park Electric Co., Ltd.†with Shanghai Jiechen Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. , agree that the company and Shanghai Jiechen Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Jiechenâ€) jointly established “Jilin Huaweis Park Electric Co., Ltd.†(hereinafter referred to as “Spark Electric Company†in Jilin City, Jilin Province in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations.
