It is strictly forbidden to use up the remaining residual gas in the bottle during use. The pressure should be kept at 1:1.5 gauge residual gas.
(5) Only one cutting device should be connected to each oxygen and acetylene pressure reducer. Before welding, check whether the liquid pipe of the bottle valve and the pipe joint is leaking, whether the welding nozzle and the cutting nozzle are blocked, and the gas path. To ignite the welding and cutting tool, first open a proper amount of acetylene, then open a small amount of oxygen, ignite with a special lighter, prohibit the ignition of the cigarette butt and prevent burns.
(6) Only one welding tool or cutting tool is allowed for each tempering preventer. When tempering occurs during welding, the acetylene regulating valve on the welding cutting tool should be closed immediately, then the oxygen regulating valve should be closed and then opened later. two. Spot welder operating procedures
(1) The equipment must be inspected before work. The water source, power supply and grounding wire must be in a normal state and meet the process requirements.
(2) The operator must wear gloves.
(3) The operator should stand on the insulating wooden table and the welding machine should be started. The cooling water valve must be opened to prevent the welding machine from burning out. (4) Wear protective glasses during operation. The operator's eye should be in the direction of spark splash to prevent burns on the eyes.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to use the spherical surface of the test electrode.
(6) Inflammable and explosive materials are not allowed near the working area.
(7) The upper and lower workpieces should be stable, the stacking of the workpiece should be neat, not too high, and there should be a passage.
(8) After the work is finished, the power supply and water source should be turned off.
three. Manual arc welder operating procedures
(1) General electrical knowledge should be mastered, general safety regulations for welders should be observed, and fire-fighting techniques, electric shock emergency and artificial respiration methods should be familiar.
(2) Before the work, check the power cord of the welding machine, the lead wire and the connection points are good: the line should be overhead or the protective cover should be placed across the roadway; the secondary circuit and the outer casing of the welding machine must be well grounded; the clamp insulation of the welding rod must be good.
(3) In the rainy days, open-air welding is not allowed. When working in wet areas, stand in the place where the insulation is placed and wear insulated shoes.
(4) The work of the mobile welding machine from the power line or disconnection, as well as grounding, should be carried out by an electrician.
(5) Turn on the power switch first, then turn on the welding machine; when stopping, first turn off the welding machine to pull off the power switch.
(6) The position of the mobile welding machine must be shut down first; if there is a sudden power failure during welding, the welding machine should be shut down immediately. (7) When welding in a place with a large number of people, a curtain should be placed to block the arc. When there is no occlusion, you should remind people around you not to look directly at the arc.
(8) Wear gloves when changing the electrode, and do not lean on the iron plate or other conductive objects. Wear protective goggles when knocking on the slag. (9) When welding non-ferrous metal parts, ventilation and detoxification should be strengthened, and a filter-type gas mask should be used if necessary.
(10) Turn off the welding machine after the work is finished, and then cut off the power supply.
four. Manual gas welding (cutting) operation procedures
(1) Strictly observe the general welder safety operation rules and safety rules for rubber hoses, oxygen cylinders, acetylene bottles and safety procedures for welding (cutting).
(2) All equipment must be inspected before work or when the downtime is long. For the joints of acetylene bottles, oxygen cylinders and rubber hoses, the valve fasteners should be fastened and fastened, and loose, broken and leaking air is not allowed. Oxygen cylinders and their accessories, rubber hoses and tools should not be contaminated with grease.
(3) Check equipment, accessories and pipeline leaks, only use soapy water test. During the test, there is no open fire around and no smoking is allowed. It is strictly forbidden to use the fire test to leak air.
(4) The distance between the oxygen cylinder, the acetylene bottle and the open flame should be more than 10 meters. If the conditions are limited, it is not allowed to be less than 5 meters, and isolation measures should be taken.
(5) It is forbidden to use a tool that generates sparks to open the oxygen or acetylene gas valve.
(6) When the equipment pipeline is frozen, it is strictly forbidden to use fire to bake or use a tool to strike the frozen block. The oxygen valve or pipe should be melted with warm water of 40 °C; the tempering preventer and pipe can be thawed by hot sand and steam.
(7) The welding site should be equipped with corresponding fire-fighting equipment. The open-air operation should prevent direct sunlight on the oxygen bottle or acetylene bottle.
(8) When the work is completed or leaves the work site, the helmet of the gas cylinder should be screwed on, the site should be cleaned, and the oxygen and acetylene bottles should be placed at the designated place. Immediately relieve pressure when leaving work.
(9) Pressure vessels, pressure gauges and safety valves shall be submitted to the checksum test regularly as required. Check and adjust the pressure device and safety accessories to eliminate the residual gas before proceeding.
