The Qingdao Procurement Tendering Center is entrusted by the purchaser to conduct open procurement of the following targets and related services in the form of competitive negotiation. The relevant matters are announced as follows. Legal persons with legal business qualifications and the ability to provide the services covered by the target are invited to participate in the bidding.
1. Purchasing project: Shibei District LED display project
2. Purchase number: ZFCG-SHB-200634.
3. Purchase document price: RMB 200 per set, the documents will not be refunded after sale.
4. Time of purchase of procurement documents: December 15th, 2006 to December 22nd, 2006, 8:30 - 17:00 (excluding holidays)
5. Purchase Procurement Document Location: Qingdao Procurement Tendering Center (No. 54, Shaoguan Road).
6. The following documents are required to purchase the procurement documents:
1) A copy of the business license is stamped with the official seal;
2) Projects that provide similar systems are not less than two in two years, and the originals are reviewed at the time of bidding.
3) Foreign bidders must have permanent offices in Qingdao.
7. Deadline for submission of bids on December 27, 2006 at 9:30 am

At that time, representatives who participated in the bidding will attend the bidding ceremony. Late submissions or non-compliant bid documents will not be accepted.
