Tianjin roads will all be replaced with environmentally friendly lamps
The reporter learned from the Tianjin Electric Power Company that as one of the key tasks for the comprehensive rectification of the 300-day city appearance environment, the upgrading and renovation project of the street lighting facilities in Tianjin has started in full swing. The renovation project will be completed in October, involving more than 100 (segment) roads and more than 10,000 street lamps. All of them will adopt energy-saving and environment-friendly lamps. From April onwards, the street lamps will be lighted.
It is reported that the first batch of road lighting projects for the upgrading and transformation involved 624 street lamps of nearly 20 kilometers on 13 road sections. The 13 roads include: Chifeng Road in Heping District, Meteorological Station Road, Zhujiang Road in Hexi District, Weishan Road, Yuanyin Road in Yuankai District, Yuanzhong Road, Fumin Road in Hedong District, No. 1 Road in Zhongshan Gate, and Center West Road. Central South Road, Wangshichang Road No. 5, Runyuan Road, Hebei District, Dingzijing No. 3 Road, Hongqiao District. The transformation is mainly to replace the light poles, lamps, lights and other related facilities. The overall project will be gradually carried out in batches. In addition to the first 13 roads that have been identified, the second batch plans to renovate 31 (40) key support line street lights; the third batch will transform 9 sections of road overhead lines into the ground. The fourth batch of plans to upgrade and renovate 62 street lights such as Duolun Road, Kunming Road and Jinzhou Road.
In addition, Tianjin City has initially determined to upgrade the streetlights of 226 residential communities, all using high-pressure sodium lamps. From April 1st, the light rate of each street lamp and the time rate of repairing the facilities will be included in the assessment and directly linked to the bonus.
