Dominant's latest high-stability warm white light SpiceLED series

Dominant has introduced a new line of warm white light SpiceLEDs, the SSW-HLG. This product can emit 500mcd of lumens at an operating current of 20mA, and its operating temperature tolerance can reach 110 °C.
This small device uses the 0603 (S-Spice) industry package standard, and its packaged SpiceLED is only 0.6mm high. This small, high-performance, high-reliability design allows for a viewing angle of up to 160°. Its copper base design enhances heat dissipation. This low-heat-resistance, high-temperature-resistant epoxy package has a long life of 20K hours.
SpiceLED not only provides lighting solutions for automotive interior lighting, but also enhances lighting solutions for PDA pad lighting, compact backlighting applications, consumer electronics, office equipment, audio and video equipment.
Engineering samples have been released and will be put into mass production in December 2009.
