The cost of a 250-watt high-pressure sodium lamp, including a pole, is more than 3,000 yuan, while the same 130-watt LED street light is nearly 7,000 yuan, more than double the budget.

Then, why did Tumen Town choose this expensive energy-saving street lamp in the end? The relevant person in charge of Tuen Mun Town told us that in June last year, five street lamps were installed at the entrance of Tuen Mun Town Market. By convention, traditional high-pressure sodium lamps or The metal halide lamp is definitely the first glare, but the authoritative data and promises of Yixincheng, which is looking for a domestic sales door, have made them move.

Ten thousand hours, while metal halide lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps have a lifetime of only 6,000 hours and 12,000 hours, respectively, so that a maintenance cost can be saved in the case of a purchase cost. At the same time, the LED light source does not contain harmful metal mercury, unlike metal halide lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps, which are harmful to the environment when they are scrapped.

Best-selling developed countries

In the context of energy shortages, rising prices and encouraging development by the state, Yuyao has rapidly emerged as a large number of energy-saving product manufacturers in recent years. In the past two years, Yuyao has invested nearly 1 billion yuan in energy-saving industries. The products involve energy-saving, solar-saving, and coal-saving. More than 30 enterprises above designated size have annual sales value of more than 5 billion yuan, and the energy-saving sector has taken initial shape.

Energy-saving lamps are the main force in the energy-saving sector of Yuyao. The annual production of energy-saving lamps exceeds 70 million, and the output value exceeds 2 billion yuan. Among them, Yixincheng, which was established in 2003, can produce 2 million energy-saving lamps per month. There are more than 120 kinds of existing products, including lawn lamps, garden lamps, community lamps, small solar power systems, etc. The products are exported to all over the world. The focus is on Europe and the United States.

According to the latest statistics, last year, Ningbo Yixincheng Electric Co., Ltd. sales of solar lamps reached 280 million yuan, of which more than 95% were exported to Europe and the United States.

Turning around the domestic sales

The fragrance outside the wall is not the goal we want. Yang Zhixin, chairman of Yixincheng Company, admitted that in recent years, many areas in China have suffered from electricity shortages in the summer, so the company has been trying to expand the domestic market.

In this regard, relevant experts believe that in addition to the high price is the main factor for the cold-faced energy-saving lamps, but also because the domestic energy-saving lighting manufacturers started late, some companies because of technology is not enough, some products that can not enter the developed countries in Europe and America Putting it into the domestic market, it has also broken the reputation of energy-saving lamps to a certain extent. However, after the competition for the development of big waves and sands, companies that can survive today and sell well in developed countries in Europe and America still suffer from the blank of domestic orders, which reflects the blank of the concept of energy saving for the Chinese.

We learned in the interview that since last year, the Yuyao Municipal Government has set up a special fund for energy conservation of 10 million yuan, and supported the qualified energy-saving projects by means of subsidies, incentives, and service procurement. This year, the city also formulated a special incentive policy for the production of energy-saving products for the first time, and rewarded enterprises that preferentially purchase energy-saving products.

There are indications that high-quality energy-saving lamps have turned into the domestic market, and Yuyao has already dawned.
