Qualcomm Xiaolong 670: "2+6" eight core, standard frequency 430-650Mhz
At present, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 processor released by Qualcomm for mid- to high-end equipment has been released for nearly a year. In other words, this product will usher in the end of its service cycle, and its successor Xiaolong 670 processor will gradually emerge from the water.
The news from xda shows that the Xiaolong 670 still uses the size of the core design, eight cores. But unlike the familiar "4+4" structure, the Snapdragon 670 processor will adopt the "2+6" structure.
Among them, "2" is two large cores, customized based on ARM Cortex A75, named Kryo 300 Gold, "6" is six small cores, customized based on Cortex A55, named Kryo 300 Sliver.
The main frequency of the big core will be as high as 2.6GHz, and the small core frequency will also reach 1.7GHz. Each core level cache is 32KB, the size cluster level 2 cache is 128KB, and the entire SoC shares 1MB level 3 cache.
On the GPU side, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 processor will integrate the Adreno 615 with a standard frequency of 430-650Mhz and peaks up to 700MHz.
For the network baseband, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 integrated baseband will support up to 1 Gbps downlink speed.
