The design uses the embedded extension technology system in the field of logistics control. It adopts an embedded processor and a rich peripheral expansion interface to display cargo information with a liquid crystal touch screen, realizing human-computer interaction. Combine the bar code collector to realize real-time field collection of data information, and connect the server database in real time through wireless transmission; the functions realized are: real-time goods entering and leaving the warehouse; timely querying cargo information in time; convenient and quick, avoiding human error, streamlining manpower, managing inventory Reduce complicated procedures, save time, and improve service quality.

The system implements a warehouse logistics management system, which consists of a host computer program, a single-chip computer, a wireless communication module, and a PDA terminal. The upper computer program has functions such as login, system setting, personal information modification, inbound registration, inbound browsing, outbound registration, outbound browsing, inventory registration, inventory browsing and query.

At the same time, the PDA terminal has the functions of login, storage, delivery, and query. The goods, administrators and stockholder information are all entered into the PDA terminal via a barcode scanner. Human-computer interaction through the touch screen. The PDA terminal performs necessary data interaction with the host computer through the wireless communication module.

1 system composition

The system consists of PC, MSP430 MCU, RF24L01 wireless module, ARM processor, touch screen, SD card, barcode scanner, as shown in Figure 1.

2 PC host computer software and hardware design 2.1 PC software design overview

The system is applied to the logistics management of the warehouse. It needs a good application interface and needs to meet the requirements of cross-platform. Therefore, it uses C# programming language and Access database and is used under Visual Studio 2010. The NET development environment completes the design of the host computer program and database. . The NET environment has good cross-platform and excellent GUI interface interaction capabilities.

The main function of the PC software is to organize and save the database. The system administrator performs system management, personal information modification, outbound, warehousing, query, and processing of processing requests that the PDA sends over the air.

2.2 The overall architecture of the host computer software

First, the administrator logs in to the main interface and creates the main thread of the system operation. In this machine, you can implement functions such as system not setting, personal information change, query, outbound, warehousing and browsing. At the same time, the secondary thread is created, and the serial communication of the MSP430 is implemented to process the processing request sent by the PDA, and the data interaction event and the delegation technology of the main thread are used. Using multi-threading can avoid causing the GUI to lose response when processing a lower-level machine request. The software architecture is shown in Figure 2.

2.3 host computer communication program module

The host computer receives and sends the MCU data and requests by configuring the computer serial port. Data interaction is achieved through multi-threading and event delegation techniques.

When the serial port receives the data of the single-chip microcomputer, it will raise an event in the secondary thread, and then the thread passes the delegation function to the main thread for processing, thereby implementing the request for login, warehousing, delivery, and query of the PDA terminal, and The serial port sends the processed result to the microcontroller, and the implementation process is shown in Figure 3.

The system database is divided into two parts; the database uses the Access database; the driver uses ADO. NET.
