Copper conductor PVC insulated stranded cable for flexible connecting
Structure of Product 1.Conductor 2.Insulation 3.Sheath
Application It applies to electrical appliance, instrument and telecom device with rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.
The main features of the flame retardant PVC cable or wire is hard to get fair or that the continuous burning of cables is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the places with special demands for flame retardant property. Flame retardant cable is classified as class A, B or C. Among the 3 classes, class A is the best in aspect of flame retardance.Â
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning except that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places with special demands for fire resistance property.Â
The Main Features 1. Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V, 300/500V, or 300/300V.  2. Permissible continuous working temperature of cable conductor --for type of cable RV-90 and BV-90, the temperature should be not more than 90ºC --for others, the temperature should be not more than 70ºC.
3. Ambient temperature should be not less than 0ºC, and permissible bending radius of cable for fixed connecting should be as follows during installation.  4. Flame retardant cable should pass the test of bunched cables or wires under fire conditions which is described in the standards of GB/T18380.3-2001.  5. Fire resistant cable should pass the test of fire resistant stipulated in the standards of GB/T19216.21-2003.

GRP cable trays are commonly used in industries such as power generation, oil and gas, chemical plants, and telecommunications. They are ideal for environments where traditional metallic cable trays may not be suitable due to their vulnerability to corrosion or chemical exposure.
One of the key advantages of GRP cable trays is their durability. They have a high strength-to-weight ratio, making them capable of supporting heavy loads while remaining lightweight. This makes installation easier and less labor-intensive compared to metallic trays. Additionally, GRP cable trays have a long service life and require minimal maintenance, reducing overall costs.
Another benefit of GRP cable trays is their resistance to corrosion. Unlike metallic trays, which can rust and deteriorate over time, GRP trays are not affected by moisture, chemicals, or UV radiation. This makes them suitable for use in harsh environments, including outdoor installations.
GRP cable trays also offer excellent electrical insulation properties. They provide a safe and reliable solution for routing and protecting electrical cables, minimizing the risk of electrical faults or short circuits.
Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) cable tray is a type of cable management system that is made from a combination of glass fibers and a thermosetting resin matrix. It is a lightweight and durable alternative to traditional metal cable trays.
GRP cable trays are corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as chemical plants, offshore platforms, and wastewater treatment plants. They are also non-conductive, providing electrical insulation and reducing the risk of electrical accidents.
The construction of GRP cable trays includes a series of interconnected channels or rungs that provide support and protection for electrical cables. These trays are available in various sizes and configurations to accommodate different cable types and installation requirements.
