The first is the development of the die bonder from the earliest single-headed solid crystal to the current double-headed and three-headed solid crystal. And each component can work alone, and one deactivation does not affect other work. At the same time, the price of a double-head machine is lower than the price of two single-head machines, but its production capacity is far greater than that of two single-head machines, so the price/performance ratio is greatly improved;
Second, Xinyichang first launched the patented technology of “constant temperature dispensingâ€. The third is that the structure of the die bonder has changed, using a linear motor. Traditionally, there are working modes such as swing arm and connecting rod. Finally, Yuan Manbao explained the product and positioning of Xinyichang in the Mini LED market. He introduced that up to now, Xinyichang has delivered more than 200 sets of equipment to the Mini LED market. The customer base includes foreign high-end customers and old brand customers as well as domestic old-brand customers. And because each company's process and orientation are different, Xinyichang's product direction is also different. According to customer feedback, the company's yield can reach 99.999%, which basically meets the market requirements for the MiniLED packaging process.
