Google Lens visual search function based on artificial intelligence login to iOS platform

In an official tweet released on Thursday, Google announced that the Google Lens visual search feature will appear in the Google Photos app on the iOS side in the coming week. In the 3.19 version of the Google Photos app, which is available today, users can already use this feature to search and expect to complete deployment in all regions within a week.

Google Lens went live last May and is considered the future of search. Different from the traditional search method of input keywords, users only need to pick up the camera, Google can automatically search for content related to the lens object. For example, by pointing the lens at the cover of the book, the user knows where to buy the book nearby, as well as publishers, user reviews, etc. about the book. By aligning the lens with a painting, you can tell the artist's name and the history of the artwork.

In February of this year, Google announced the expansion of this feature. Aparna Chennapragada, project manager at Google Lens, said: "Product development is inseparable from algorithms, data and user feedback, and you have to find some entry point. But our idea is how to extend this application to more users. Or equipment?"
