AMD's new graphics card Vega supports VR 100 works 4K 60 frames
AMD officially announced the detailed parameters of RX Vega, to know the true face of RX Vega game cards. Vega core is currently only made into two models, namely Radeon RX VEGA64 and Radeon RX VEGA56, and Radeon RX VEGA64 is divided into three versions: limited water cooled version, limited air cooled version and regular version. This is the highest performance GPU available on home consoles and PCs for AMD products you can currently buy.
The Radeon RX VEGA64 is the top model of the Vega core, surpassing the 12.5 billion transistors of the previous Fiji core, manufactured using GF's 14nm FinFET LPP process. Has 64 sets of NCU units, each group is 64 stream processor units, together constitute 4096 stream processors, 256 texture units, 64 raster units, 4MB of L2 cache. The 8GB HBM 2 memory has a 2048bit bit width and a memory bandwidth of 484GB/s. Integrated four asynchronous calculation engines and four new generation geometric calculation engines.
The operating frequency of the graphics card is slightly different according to Radeon RX VEGA64 version. The limited water cooled version of Radeon RX VEGA64 has higher frequency. The default frequency is 1406MHz, boost frequency is 1677MHz, and TDP is 345W. Therefore, the water-cooled version has higher floating-point performance; the air-cooled version is limited. Both the Radeon RX VEGA64 and the regular version are 1247MHz, boost to 1546MHz and TDP is 295W.
The limited edition uses a silver-white metal case, plus a unique cube LOGO light; the regular version, like the previous RX 480 public edition, is a plastic case.
AMD did not publish the Radeon RX VEGA64 listing date. It just told us a vague August, and everyone needs to wait patiently.

What about performance is everyone's most concern. According to AMD's published performance tests, the Radeon RX VEGA64 will play at 4K points in both the 1440P and the NVIDIA GTX 1080.
In more than 100 large-scale stand-alone games, 4k resolution can maintain more than 60 frames to run to ensure that players have a good gaming experience.
The Radeon RX VEGA64 can be used either with Oculus or HTC VIVE.
GTX 1080 has been released for more than a year. AMD has only launched products with similar performance. What are the advantages? The advantage lies in the price, Radeon RX VEGA64 regular price is only 499 US dollars, converted into RMB is 3369 yuan, cheaper than GTX 1080.
In addition to the Radeon RX VEGA64, AMD also prepared the Radeon RX VEGA56, which is a reduction of eight NCU units, that is, 3584 stream processors, 224 texture units, and 64 ROP units. The default frequency is 1156MHz and the boost frequency is 1471MHz. 8GB HBM 2 memory, TDP is 210W, but there is no limited edition, priced at 399 US dollars, equivalent to 2694 yuan, performance imaginary enemy is NVIDAI GTX 1070.
