The VEGA-3304 is a commercial PCI Express adapter that eliminates the heavy HEVC encoding tasks in server-based applications, simplifying the development of 4K and 8K live broadcast solutions such as 360-degree virtual reality transmissions. The VEGA-3304 is the world's first video processing accelerator capable of performing real-time, professional-grade single-channel 8K or 4-channel 4K HEVC 4:2:2 10-bit encoding in a low-power PCI Express accelerator. A single VEGA-3304 spliced ​​footage from four cameras in real time and produced a high-quality 360-degree view for the HTC Vive, allowing the audience to experience a super-immersive VR experience. This demo demonstrates the cross-vision technology real-time streaming cloud workflow. Content creators only need to set up a 360-degree camera and compact real-time coding system on the spot.
