1. Check if the low resistance is leaking or injecting oil;

3. Determine if the signal loop fault is falsely signaled.

4. If the oil level is too high (too low), it should immediately report to the dispatcher and relevant leaders for processing.

If the oil temperature (line temperature) is too high during operation, the dispatcher should be reported immediately and the following on-site inspections should be carried out:

1. Check the on-site oil temperature and line temperature meter indication whether the allowable value is exceeded;

2. Check if the low voltage and current are normal;

3. On-site inspection of low resistance to sound, vibration is normal and the casing is overheated;

4. Compare the temperature value with the previous voltage, current temperature and other low temperature resistance. If it is obviously high, it is considered that there is a low internal resistance. The dispatcher should be required to check the low resistance. ,deal with.

Third, low-voltage reactor light gas action signaling abnormal processing method

When the low-resistance light gas protection action is sent, the following inspections and treatments should be carried out:

1. You should go to the site to check the low-resistance abnormality and observe the meter indication;

2. If the low-resistance has just been overhauled and the desiccant is replaced, it should be considered whether it is caused by air intrusion or residual air;

3. Check the gas through the gas inlet. If the gas is colorless, odorless, and non-flammable. If it is judged as air by chromatographic analysis, the low resistance can continue to operate, but the monitoring should be strengthened, and the cause and treatment of the intake should be found; The gas taken out is colored, odorous and flammable. After chromatographic analysis, its content exceeds the normal value, and it is judged comprehensively by routine tests, indicating that the low-resistance internal fault has occurred, and the low-resistance treatment must be treated. Low resistance shall not be put into operation without treatment and testing.

Fourth, low-voltage reactor ignition treatment method

When the fire is low, the power should be disconnected first, and the correct fire extinguishing device should be used quickly to extinguish the fire.

If the oil spills on the low top cover, the lower drain valve should be opened to drain the oil to the appropriate oil level;

If the fire is caused by a low internal resistance, the oil cannot be drained to prevent the reactor from exploding.

V. Severe abnormal treatment of low-voltage reactor

When the following serious abnormalities occur during operation, the dispatcher should be reported immediately, and the 1# main transformer 3510 switch or the 2# main transformer 3520 switch should be opened.

1. Low resistance to internal explosions and severe discharge sounds;

2. The pressure release device sprays oil or smokes outward;

3. Severe oil leakage causes the oil level to drop rapidly, which is lower than the lower limit indicated by the oil level gauge;

4. The casing has serious damage and discharge phenomenon;

5. The reactor is on fire.

Sixth, low-voltage reactor gas extraction method

1. Open the gas relay port nut.

2. Discharge the gas in the syringe tube, select the appropriate rubber tube, and connect the gas inlet to the syringe needle.

3. Open the gas relay gas extraction valve and slowly withdraw the gas in the gas relay with a syringe to the appropriate position.

4. Clamp the rubber hose with a hose clamp and transfer it to a professional for testing.

5. The low resistance air intake port is on the gas relay, and the low resistance must be stopped when the gas is taken.

6. When taking the gas, the low-voltage reactor protection total outlet pressure plate should be withdrawn.
